In sweltering conditions the young Wanderers bounced back from their loss last week to Newcastle, recording a convincing win against the AIS.

The Wanderers took a two-goal lead into half time, and could only add one goal to their tally in the second half, a stunning free kick by Perkatis.

If it weren’t for the goal keeping heroics of AIS goalkeeper, Thurtell the Wanderers could of have had six or seven goals.

The Wanderers dominated all over the park, and made great use of their over aged players, Minniecon and Appiah, who both got 90 minutes of action.
